Prizes for basketball experts (2010/02/20)

We want to invite users to participate in a new basketball contest that we are organizing together with our partner - BasketVoice.
BasketballZone will have a private league, intended for BasketballZone users and fans. Participants will be able to create their teams and buy players to compose the roster. Players will be available to choose from the ones playing in Baltic Basketball League (BBL). Team's results in the standings will depend on the performance of the purchased players in the real matches. All teams will compete in two categories: players' value and players' rankings.

The winners of BasketballZone private league will be awarded with prizes. Two PREMIUM packages of two months length will be given to the winners.

Prizes.

Important! Prizes will be given only for those participants who indicates their username in BasketballZone game. You can use another username when registering in BasketVoice but you will have to indicate your BasketballZone username in the page of BasketballZone private league, username field.

Main prizes (for the winners after the whole season):
- 1st place: 50.000 Eu OR PREMIUM package for 2 months
- 2nd and 3rd places: 30.000 Eu each

Round (monthly) prizes:
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd places: 15.000 Eu each

Each team will compete in two categories:
- By team value
- By team ranking

Leaders within each category will be awarded separately.

In order to participate in this game:

1. Register in BasketVoice game: http://www.basketvoice.com
2. Log in and create a team in BBL league.
3. Join BasketballZone private league (Private leagues menu item)
4. Your teams will appear in the standings table of BasketballZone private league.
