First, the Community has to decide if the actual behaviour of the owners is right or wrong, then we will think about the penalties...

well, what is the next step?

Easy, as nobody cares, we will have to join the "destroyers".....

I do not like that way, I preffer to have a player in a good shape after bought him.
Of course Is not the better thing loose a player in the market but it is the game rules, if I do not like it, I have two choices, one the option to leave the game, or the second one respect the results of the market and be fair with the community maintainning the player shape and trainning.

Otherwise the only thing that would be shown is that I am a bad loser or a cheater,

further my previous message, I want to point out that: I do not like to be called a cheater, but if you like to be called cheaters, you can keep poking your head into a hole and think that everything is fine.

What is clear is that damaging the player’s health is like losing on purpose and should be penalized. This penalty must be immediate and carried out by Darius. Meanwhile we can think how to proceed in future similar cases but we cannot consent to postpone the sanctions that are committed at this time

Just wanted to add on this one quick note on what Houdini proposed before.

It makes sense that the Image and Personnel sectors would take a big hit if other players see that one of the other players on their team is mishandled and over-trained. It won't stop the problem, but it is a deterrent and just putting the consequence out there, is for some, enough to stop the act of this. It may not stop it, but it would put a big dent in stopping the practice.

It is already out there (your image drops or if you do not play a player it is bad for your popularity) but the consequences is not as much as you imagine really. Those teams (especially with big sponsor money in Leagues 3 and above) feel the effect of such infinitesimally.
