Players,scouts and coaches market is closed when play offs begin (32th day of season) and it is opened on 54th day.You cannot also release and trade your players.

What does "term" mean?
It means that player will pick the best offer after the number of days that is mentioned in the "term" column.[mt] means that you can make a new contract at the moment for 100 eu.

Why there are so many players who don't do exercises?
Only players who have less than 30 years can train. And also you need to wait first exercise report for new players to get them into exercise.
Why players has too high or too low load?
Load is influenced by playing time in the match and exercises' intensity.
The first thing what you can do to make normal load is to change the intensity of exercises.
I changed intensity but load didn't change.

They are injured or maybe they have come to the team recently. The reason is written in player's description page.

How long is the season? When does it start?
Season is 56 day long and it begins on the 1st day (comes after 56th)
How can I ascend to the higher division?
You need to take first or second place in your league. First team in the league automatically ascends to the higher league. Second team will have to play transitional matches with 9th or 10th team from the higher division. The one that gains two wins will play in the higher division next season.
What does maximum sum available for personnel's salaries mean?
It shows how much maximum you can spend for salaries (players, coaches, scouts). It is not recommended to spend that whole sum for salaries.
