Estimados,

Saludos

Dear,

After talking with the Argentine community and that many gave me their support, we decided to stop competing in the World Championships (in all categories). We are tired of playing in conditions of inferiority for not having tactical coaches of an acceptable level.

I give a summary of the number of coaches per country that have a level of 10 or higher (countries that are above in the classification of Argentina):

Lithuania 103
China 14
France 7
United States 6
Latvia 6
Italy 6
Greece 4
Norway 1 (the other country harmed)
Argentina 0 (we only have one level 8 technician in strategy)

I could also tell you a lot of technicians from countries with less "tradition" in the game:

Hong Kong 4
Ukraine 4
United Kingdom 4
Liberia 3
Philippines 3
Poland 3

We feel widely harmed and no matter how much they tell us that to have good technicians it is necessary to invest in the scouts, I would like to know how many of the 103 technicians of Lithuania were found by the scouts.

I already talked with Ramune about this, 3/4 seasons ago and then tried to incorporate in some debate that opened. As we didn´t have positive answers, we understand that they are not interested in having a competitive Argentina, therefore until the situation is normal, we will present in the elections of the teams, we will win because we have the votes to win and we will not present in the Second round of the World Cup.

When i talked to Ramune i suggested to allow us to select a technicians that "works" in our country (even if its from other country), but we have not answer.

Regards

Hi, I support this initiative as a player from Spain and I hope that the owners give some explanation about this, and I remember crowdfunding to improve the game

Completely support that. It's unfair that some countries have great tacticians while others are forced to invest heavily and underachieve for years until decent generation of coaches grow.

Agree with A-darius. Coaches the same as players should come from users, not from game. I'm also not glad that Norway have just 1 coach with 10 strategy (Only 10). But it's my foult, not game. In sted to invest in Russian coach i could invest to some Norwegian coach.. All of us can find some good players, so why we can't find coaches? We can, but we are thinking just about players.. As less players or coaches is coming out of nowhere, as better this is for game.
