The contest of the Most Active Country (2010/02/06)

For the whole 16th season in the game (2010-02-08 - 2010-04-04) we are going to look for the most active country. The participants of this contest will be not separate users, but countries and their communities. Prizes will be valuable for both - the country and its users. Therefore it is worth to take part this contest in the sake of both - your country and your club.

Prizes.
- Strength rate (RT) of all country's players will rise by approximately 20 RT
- Every club in the country will be awarded a sum of money to its budget
- Actively participating countries will enlarge the number of divisions, so the money from sponsors will grow automatically.

More than one country may be awarded, if their results are similar.

Rules.
Every user in the country has to do his best to strengthen its community - to enlarge it and keep active. The activeness of the country's community will be evaluated according to these criteria:
- Percentage growth of users in the country (useful: discussions in basketball or games related forums, other means of popularizing the game);
- Percentage growth in visitors from the country (useful: expanding fan club by asking people to visit your club);
- Amount of articles and other types of information about the game in the internet (game's descriptions, records in blogs, games' directories and etc.);
- Game's translation to the country's language;
- Creation of country's forum and activity in it (if the forum is not created yet, active users can ask to create country's forum (PM to user: a-ramune). The most important is that the forum has to be active);
- Establishing country's administration team and being active moderators (organizing contests and translation to your language, helping other users and etc.);
- The number of PREMIUM users in the country;
- Percentage amount of active users in the country (what part of country's users are active).

We expect this contest to become traditional and take place every season.
