Rules of exchanges (IMPORTANT!) (2008/11/19)
Exchange rules, that must be held and respected by all users:
· 1) The main rule is, that each user may only have one team – you are not allowed to have more.
· 2) It is forbidden to come to an agreement with another club, and lend your players. A player-lending mode is under development.
· 3)
Every new team gets one young player, who is much better than others.
You cannot exchange this player (he should not be seen in the exchange
window).
He is a special player, who makes the base of your club.
· 4) Exchange of players somehow has to benefit both teams (financially, in respect of team composition, etc).
You
can exchange a good but expensive player to a bit worse but cheaper
player. However, you cannot exchange the expensive player to a totally
useless one, who will be fired straight away. You should not abuse this
type of exchange.
· 5) You are not allowed to just give away the “unnecessary” players to other clubs (you are not allowed to make any gifts, etc.). If you want to get rid of a player, you have to fire him.
· 6) All exchanges with a club, that is bogus (a club that is about to be closed, a club that is made for trash storage, a club which exchanges are illogical, etc.) is considered to be cheating.
· 7) Teams that are playing from the same computer can exchange players as following: one player can be exchanged to a similar player (salary, age, value). The player should be used to strengthen your team. This means that you cannot give any gifts to the other team that is playing from your computer, you cannot exchange a young player to an old, expensive to a cheap, etc. Also, the exchanges should not be frequent. If the administration feels that there is cheating involved, and that both teams are managed by one user, both teams will be punished.
· 8) The punishments cannot be changed, and will not be discussed. The club that is punished cannot say that the punishment is too harsh or unnecessary, they cannot try and prove their innocence in forums, skype conference, etc.
· 9) If the administration sees a player exchange that is clearly unfair, the administration keeps the right to punish the club, even though it obeys the rest of the above rules.
· Do not forget a very obvious rule, that apply throughout all the game:
Using
of defects, bugs or other mistakes in the game to your advantage, is
also considered to be cheating. After noticing it, you should tell the
administration about the bug, so they could correct it.
All
information about player exchange is registered and archived. So if the
administration does not see a single unfair exchange, they can check
the archives next time they sense a team is cheating. The club will
then be harshly punished.
