At this point, the scouts are only needed for discovering new talents, but later on, they will be able to do many useful things.

In order for the scout to look for the players, you need to give him an assignment. The assignment gets a time limit, and extra finances. The extra finances are paid every week as a bonus to the salary. The results are influenced by the extra financing as well as the scouts skills. Sometimes the results are also influenced by the image of the club.

Every Monday, the scouts leave a report about players they have found for the club. Here you can find minimal information about the players, as well as what are their requirements in order to join your club. Before signing the contract you have to remember that scouts can make mistakes guessing players' skills and potential.

If skills of the hired player does not meet your expectations, the same week you can release him for 1000 Eu compensation. If this player is released later, his compensation will be calculated in the usual way, which means that it will be much bigger.

You can cancel scouts assignment. However, that is not recommended, because not only does the scouts opinion about the club become worse but it also costs some money.
